Kreuz Market

What I ordered: jalapeno cheese sausage (I've already tried the brisket a couple time previously; it is inconsistent)

My take: they sure know how to make great sausage!  My sausage was spicy with enough jalapeno to give it a kick but not overpower, w/garlic and pepper seasonings and lovely pockets of warm cheese and the snappy casing is also flavorful

The place: is huge with plenty of seating.  You walk down the entrance corridor to the pit room for the meat, then to the main dining area for your sides.

Pro Tip: They now have forks!  (but still no sauce)
