What I ordered: brisket frito pie, pickles.
My take: the brisket in my frito pie was hit-and-miss; the edible pieces were moist and flavorful but half the brisket was inedible globs of unrendered fat with slivers of meat....the fritos and pickles were good
The place: there's a large interior space with plenty of seating and the ordering process makes the line move efficiently
Pro Tips: if you go for the brisket, see it and approve the slices
